His background spans sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, shaping strategic direction for emerging and growth-stage companies, and leading cross-border investment structures, including multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Ahmad works closely with founders and leadership teams on strategic planning, capital strategy, and market expansion, drawing on broad exposure to technology, financial services, and digital transformation sectors.

Ahmad holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut. He remains actively involved in supporting companies and investors across a range of strategic and financial topics.
